Microwave water, salt, sugar, and melted butter for 20-30 seconds
Mix well
Add all-purpose flour to the mixture
Chop parsley or green onion finely and add to the batter
Add crushed red pepper
Mash 2 cloves of garlic and add to the batter
Mix well
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a bit of oil
Scoop some batter into the pan
Spread the batter evenly
Fry until cooked, then flip over
Continue to fry both sides until cooked through
Repeat with remaining batter
Serve hot
