Chicken Kebab Homemade Wraps
  1. Mix all of the chicken, yogurt and spices in a loaf tin and pack it tight

  2. Place in a 180-200 degree oven for about 20-25 mins until crispy, draining off some juices if needed

  3. Cook until internal temperature reaches 65-70 degrees celsius

  4. Mix the wrap ingredients (yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt) and knead for a few minutes to combine

  5. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes if possible

  6. Split dough into equal balls and roll out with plenty of flour

  7. Cook wraps on a hot plate or frying pan for 30 seconds each side

  8. Layer up your wraps with yogurt, veggies, chicken and extras

  9. Serve and enjoy
