Mix all of the chicken, yogurt and spices in a loaf tin and pack it tight
Place in a 180-200 degree oven for about 20-25 mins until crispy, draining off some juices if needed
Cook until internal temperature reaches 65-70 degrees celsius
Mix the wrap ingredients (yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt) and knead for a few minutes to combine
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes if possible
Split dough into equal balls and roll out with plenty of flour
Cook wraps on a hot plate or frying pan for 30 seconds each side
Layer up your wraps with yogurt, veggies, chicken and extras
