Vegan Scones
  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  2. Whisk wet ingredients together in smaller bowl

  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, add your add-ins (1 cup frozen/fresh fruit, chocolate chips etc)

  4. Mix until combined

  5. Turn out onto parchment lined pan and press into a circle approx 1.5 inch thick. Then use bench scraper/pastry knife to cut into individual scones. *I find smaller scones spaced out on a larger cookie sheet works best

  6. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes

  7. Pop under broiler to brown if desired (vegan baked goods often don't brown well in the oven)
