Peanut Butter Chilli Beef Noodles
  1. Heat 1 tsp groundnut oil in a pan over medium-high heat

  2. Add 200g beef mince and cook until browned

  3. Season with 0.5 tsp salt and add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves

  4. Stir in 1 tbsp light soy sauce and cook until beef is fully cooked

  5. In a separate bowl, combine 1.5 tbsp peanut butter, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 3 sliced spring onions, 0.5 tbsp crispy chilli oil, 1 tsp gochugaru, 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds, 0.5 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, and 0.5 tbsp groundnut oil

  6. Cook 150g noodles according to package instructions and drain

  7. Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut butter chilli sauce

  8. Top with the cooked beef mince

  9. Serve with sliced cucumber on the side
