Crispy Sprout + Potato Salad
  1. Boil the potatoes, steam the sprouts then once soft, allow to cool/dry then smash on a lined baking tray.

  2. Add seasonings and oil then bake @ 200° for 30-45 mins or until crispy.

  3. Mix up the dressing, coat the crispy veggies in it then serve topped with the garnishes and enjoy!
