Everything Bagel Cream Cheese Croissants
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Open the can of crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it. You should have 8 pre-cut triangles of dough.

  3. Take about a tablespoon of softened cream cheese and place it on the wider end of each dough triangle.

  4. Starting at the wide end, carefully roll each triangle toward the narrow end and pinch the edges to seal the dough.

  5. Gently tuck the sides in and roll each crescent into a ball shape.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk the egg white until slightly frothy and brush the top and sides of each dough ball with it.

  7. Generously sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over each dough ball.

  8. Place the prepared croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown.

  9. Allow the croissants to cool for a few minutes before serving.
