Vanilla Yogurt Waffles
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla bean seeds, egg, vegetable oil, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.

  5. Slowly mix in the seltzer until the batter is smooth and airy.

  6. Preheat the Dash Mini Waffle Maker and lightly brush the Cooking Surface with oil if needed.

  7. Add about 3½ tablespoons of batter to the Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.

  8. Repeat with remaining batter.

  9. Serve warm with a dollop of yogurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey for a light, dreamy bite that proves vanilla is far from boring!
