Shawarma Sauce
Make 4 cups white rice (jasmine or long grain)
Mix all the Shawarma sauce, ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use
Add all the seasoning to chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes or more and then add to a pan with olive oil and cook and sear the chicken approximately four minutes each side
Two minutes before complete cooking add tablespoon of olive oil, adding the sliced peppers and onions and Grill.remove chicken to a pan
Serve over rice. Top with shawarma sauce
