Almond Ricotta Cookies (keto)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix together the wet ingredients.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.

  4. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until lightly browned.

  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
