Malteser Tiffin
  1. Line a 9×9" square baking tray with parchment paper

  2. Mix the biscuits, maltesers and raisins in a large bowl

  3. Melt the golden syrup and butter gently in a pan on a low-medium heat

  4. Turn the heat off and add the chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted

  5. Pour the chocolate/syrup mix on top and mix

  6. Press down into the lined tin

  7. If you want, decorate with extra melted chocolate and maltesers

  8. Leave to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours

  9. Once set, carefully remove from the tin and cut into your pieces
