  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove.

  3. Melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic, cook briefly, then stir in cream and beef broth. Simmer gently.

  4. Whisk in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth.

  5. Stir in pasta and corn. Return steak to skillet and toss until coated.

  6. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
