Line a large cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper.
Pour the cornflakes into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Add the butterscotch morsels to a small saucepan. Stirring occasionally, melt over medium low heat. Remove from heat.
Add the peanut butter and stir well to incorporate.
Pour the mixture on top of the cornflakes and gently toss to evenly coat the cornflakes.
Drop by tablespoons onto the cookie sheet and sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
