Grandma's Zucchini Bread Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease loaf pans

  2. Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla in a bowl

  3. In another bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon

  4. Gently stir dry ingredients into wet mixture

  5. Fold in grated zucchini and walnuts if using

  6. Pour into pans ¾ full and bake 30–35 minutes for mini loaves or 60 minutes for full loaf

  7. Test with toothpick for doneness
