Shrimp Fried Rice By Cassie Yeung
  1. Marinate shrimp with the baking soda, sesame oil, and salt & pepper to taste as you prep the aromatics.

  2. To a wok with neutral flavored oil, add in shrimp and spread flat. Cook for a minute or until you see them begin to turn pink around the edges. Sauté and cook for another minute then remove to a clean plate.

  3. Crack in eggs, scramble and push to the side. Add in onion, whites of the green onions & garlic. Cook for about a minute then add in frozen veggies and mix everything in with the eggs.

  4. Break up the rice as you add it in the pan then add soy sauce and oyster sauce.

  5. Finish by adding back in shrimp and sesame oil. Garnish with green onion razzle dazzle and enjoy!
