In a mortar or spice grinder, combine the dried rosemary, black pepper, dried oregano, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Add 1 tbsp at a time to spaghetti sauce, taste, and add more according to your liking. You will also want to taste your sauce for salt, as this recipe purposefully omits salt. You can use the mixture right away, or store it in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
