Cook the mushrooms in a pan with a little oil.
In a big frying pan, melt the butter on medium heat.
Put the sliced mushrooms in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are brown and soft.
Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes until it smells good.
Lower the temperature and add the heavy cream. Mix everything well.
Put in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Let the mix cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring now and then, until the sauce gets a bit thicker.
Take the food off the stove and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot as a side dish or on top of pasta.
