Ingredients

1 large round loaf Italian or sourdough bread
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp Italian herb seasoning
2 tbsp Chopped, fresh parsley
1 ¼ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup Italian style blend shredded cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Slice top of bread into crosshatch pattern, making cuts about 1 inch apart, being careful not to slice through bottom of loaf.
Combine butter, garlic, herbs and parsley in small bowl. Brush bread with mixture, making sure to get between slices.
Combine cheeses, then stuff between slices.
Wrap bread in foil, leaving some space between top of loaf and foil. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes top shelf, until bread is warm and cheese is melted. Cool slightly and serve with marinara for dipping. Refrigerate any leftovers.
