Savory Breakfast Waffles
  1. Preheat mini waffle maker until hot.

  2. Add half a serving cheese at the base, 2-3 tbsp mashed sweet potato, and top with another half serving of cheese to the waffle maker.

  3. Close the waffle maker and press down gently until crispy on both sides.

  4. While the waffle cooks, mash half an avocado with a little salt and pepper and a touch of lime juice or use guacamole.

  5. Top the waffle with an egg, some everything bagel seasoning and chile lime seasoning.
