Salsa Using Cherry Tomatoes
  1. Place the onion and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Add cherry tomatoes and cilantro. Pulse again to desired consistency.

  3. If the salsa is watery, drain some of the liquid using a mesh strainer.

  4. Stir in lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust as needed.

  5. Serve fresh with chips, tacos, or over grilled veggies.
