Add 500g diced chicken breast to a slow cooker along with 45g honey, 1 tbsp hoisin, 6 tsps garlic puree, 2 tbsp sriracha, 90ml light soy sauce and 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with a small amount of water to make a slurry
Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours or on low for 5-6 hours
Just before slow cooker is finished, put 4 noodle nests on to cook
Once noodles are cooked, add to slow cooker and mix well
Serve with tenderstem broccoli and enjoy
