Beijing Beef
  1. Chop onion and bell pepper into one inch squares

  2. Trim beef and cut into cubes

  3. Sauté onion and pepper in large frying pan until tender but still a bit crisp

  4. Set onion and pepper aside

  5. Brown beef cubes

  6. Drain beef

  7. Add Beijing sauce to beef

  8. Add pepper and onion

  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes

  10. Serve hot with rice
