Toasted Rao's Homemade Spaghetti
  1. Set a wide, deep skillet over medium-high heat and add ¾ cup Rao's Homemade Limited Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  2. When the oil is hot, add the Rao's Homemade Spaghetti, stirring regularly until the spaghetti is toasted (dark and charred looking).

  3. Add the Rao's Homemade Marinara sauce to the skillet, 4 cups of water and salt.

  4. Reduce the heat, simmer and cover.

  5. Stirring once to ensure that the spaghetti noodles are separated.

  6. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed.

  7. Remove from heat and transfer to pasta bowls.

  8. Grate Parmesan on top and finish off with more Rao's Homemade Limited Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
