Ahi Poke
  1. Place the cubed ahi in a bowl. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Gently mix with a spoon.

  2. Add the sweet onion, green onion, and other ingredients (if using). Mix until evenly combined.

  3. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to let all the flavors combine.
