Stir Fried Pork with Sesame Noods
  1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil, add noodles and cook 4 mins, cool under cold water

  2. Drain well, place in bowl, add sesame oil & toss

  3. Heat wok over high heat, add vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, and pork mince. Stir fry 3 - 4 mins, breaking up pork

  4. Add capsicum, stir fry 3 minutes

  5. Add soy and hoisin, fry 2 minutes

  6. Add bok choy and spring onion, fry 1 minute

  7. Serve noodles topped with stir fry, adding a dash of sesame oil to each serving

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds, crispy shallots, and coriander
