Sweet & Sticky Korean-style Dumplings
  1. Pan-fry frozen dumplings as per the recipe on the packet then set aside.

  2. Make the sauce by mixing gochujang, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, tomato sauce and soy sauce in a bowl.

  3. Place a wok or large pan over medium heat and add some neutral oil.

  4. Cook off the ginger and garlic until fragrant then add the mixed sauce stirring until it bubbles.

  5. Toss through the pan-fried dumplings then serve with spring onion and sesame seeds.
