Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried herbs
Drizzle chicken with olive oil and set aside
Cut potatoes into thick cubes and boil until fork tender
Toss boiled potatoes with lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, chili flakes, honey and a drizzle of olive oil
Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees for around 25 minutes
Sear the chicken thighs until golden brown and crispy
Top the potatoes with the seared chicken and feta cheese
