Salt the chicken pieces
Add garam masala, smoked paprika, and cayenne
Grate garlic and ginger
Add a spoonful of yogurt and mix everything together
Marinate the chicken overnight or for 5 minutes
Cook the chicken in a pan until cooked
Remove the chicken and add butter
Cook the aromatics until cooked
Season the aromatics with the same spices
Add canned tomatoes
Cook until the mixture is nice and thick
Finish with some cream
Optionally, blend the mixture
Add the chicken back in
