Cook the pasta to al dente for about 10-12 minutes
For the sauce, combine chili oil, honey, soy sauce and hot pasta water. Set aside.
Heat the butter in a pan. Then, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Next, add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
Add the pasta to the pan and give it a good mix.
Then, add the parmesan cheese and chives. Give it a final mix.
Garnish with 1 egg yolk, parmesan cheese and chili oil. Enjoy!
