Flourless Chicken & Broccoli Burgers
  1. Cut the chicken into small squares.

  2. Add the eggs, broccoli, cheese, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix everything well.

  3. Heat a frying pan with 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Once hot, add the oil and shape it into burgers. Cover the pan and cook over medium/low heat for 5 minutes. Turn it over and cover the pan again, leaving it for another ⅘ minutes. Enjoy!
