Banana Cream Cheesecake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.

  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently.

  7. Add sliced bananas to the mixture and stir to combine.

  8. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.

  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  10. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional banana slices.
