Split a freshly baked scone in half and lightly toast it
Spread a thick layer of clotted cream over each half
Drizzle generously with golden syrup
Serve with a cup of tea and enjoy every sweet, buttery bite!
Flatten with hands and cut shapes out
Use a milk wash on top and sprinkle with caster sugar
Place on a tray and cook for 15-18 minutes at 180°C
