Thunder & Lightning Scones
  1. Split a freshly baked scone in half and lightly toast it

  2. Spread a thick layer of clotted cream over each half

  3. Drizzle generously with golden syrup

  4. Serve with a cup of tea and enjoy every sweet, buttery bite!

  5. Flatten with hands and cut shapes out

  6. Use a milk wash on top and sprinkle with caster sugar

  7. Place on a tray and cook for 15-18 minutes at 180°C
