  1. Rip off pieces of your broccoli.

  2. In a pot of boiling water, add your broccoli for 1-2 minutes then immediately remove and transfer to a bowl of cold water.

  3. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds and add in your cooked broccoli.

  4. Mix well and store in an airtight container to enjoy later!
