Pat the shrimp dry with a shell off!
Mix the shrimp with flour, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Crush the full head of garlic and set aside.
Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet.
Sauté the crushed garlic in the butter and oil for 1 min.
Add white wine (optional) and season with salt and pepper
Add the shrimp and sear for 2 minutes exactly on each side.
Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp
Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
