Mix the cooked quinoa with the other ingredients so it forms a sticky mixture.
Form the mixture into 6 equal burgers. If you think the mixture is a bit too sticky, wet your fingers, so it’s easier to work with.
Heat a pan with olive oil. Fry the burgers on a high heat for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
Let the burgers drain on a piece of kitchen towel.
Get the other ingredients ready and assemble the burgers with feta cream, vegetables, and the quinoa burgers.
