  1. Mix the cooked quinoa with the other ingredients so it forms a sticky mixture.

  2. Form the mixture into 6 equal burgers. If you think the mixture is a bit too sticky, wet your fingers, so it’s easier to work with.

  3. Heat a pan with olive oil. Fry the burgers on a high heat for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.

  4. Let the burgers drain on a piece of kitchen towel.
