Cranberry Brie Puff Pastry Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, cranberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until coated.

  3. Cut each thawed pastry sheet into six rectangles for a total of twelve.

  4. Spread fig preserves on each piece, top with Brie slices and cranberry mixture.

  5. Fold edges slightly inward, brush with egg, and sprinkle with coarse sugar.

  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until puffed and golden.

  7. Garnish with thyme and serve warm.
