Homemade Mayonnaise
  1. Place all the ingredients is a mason jar.

  2. Place immersion blender at the bottom, then turn on high, and leave at the bottom until it starts to emulsify.

  3. Bring blender bar up slowly as it’s transforms into Mayo and slowly repeat until all the oil is whipped into Mayo!

  4. Taste and adjust salt or mustard as needed!
