Cut fish into 2-3 inch pieces, sprinkle salt and pepper over fish.
Coat fish with Cornstarch, egg and bread crumb.
In a large skillet heat oil to 150-180 °C / 300-350 °F. Fry fish until golden in both sizes. Turn over fish pieces occasionally.
Making sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, combine all ingredients for sauce, stir and simmer for 5 minute. Add flour or starch to thicken.
