Brown Butter Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a loaf tin with parchment.

  2. Brown the butter in a small saucepan for 3–5 minutes, stirring until golden flecks form. Let cool.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk brown butter with sugar until smooth.

  4. Add eggs and vanilla. Whisk well.

  5. Mash bananas into the bowl and whisk to combine.

  6. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir just until combined.

  7. Pour batter into loaf tin and bake for 50–55 minutes.

  8. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
