Banana Flapjacks
  1. Blend bananas, dates, raisins, honey, tahini and sunflower seed butter

  2. Mix oats, flaxseed, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl

  3. Add blended banana mix and melted butter to the dry ingredients

  4. Mix well and add to lined 18 x 18 cm tin

  5. Bake at 180°C / 160°C fan for around 25 minutes until slightly firm to touch and crisp at the edges

  6. Remove from oven and cut to size

  7. Cool before removing from tin

  8. Store in airtight container for 3-4 days
