Spicy Tuna or Salmon
Dip a slice of rice paper in water and lay on your cutting board. Add sheet of nori on top of that. Cut 1 slit in the middle of the bottom of both up to the middle to allow for folding later.
Bottom left corner, add spicy tuna or salmon. Top right corner, add sliced cucumber and sliced avocado. On the right side, add your rice.
Fold the sandwich up into a square, then coat with sesame seeds. Fry in a heated nonstick pan until crispy.
