Low-syn Sticky Gingerbread Traybake
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, and bicarbonate of soda.

  3. In a saucepan, gently heat the golden syrup, black treacle, and sweetener until melted.

  4. Pour the syrup mixture into the flour mixture and stir well.

  5. Add the beaten eggs and yogurt, and mix until smooth.

  6. Pour the mixture into a lined or greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until springy to the touch.

  7. Leave to cool in the tray, then cut into squares.

  8. Enjoy!
