Shrimp Rice Bowls With Spicy Mayo
  1. Saute your shrimp by adding olive oil to a pan to heat up. Add shrimp and top with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are fully cooked through.

  2. Prepare jasmine rice accordingly. *I used a frozen rice to reheat!

  3. Make your spicy mayo by combining mayo, sriracha, honey, lemon and sea salt in a small bowl. Mix together to combine. Set aside.

  4. In a bowl, add jasmine rice, carrots, cucumber, pickled onions and sauteed shrimp.

  5. Top with fresh herbs like cilantro and parsley.

  6. Drizzle with spicy mayo sauce.
