Combine biscuit mix according to the instructions on the package.
Fill the skull mold ¼ of the way full with biscuit dough.
Press down the dough to create a space to add in your toppings of choice.
Fill in your toppings until the mold is ½ of the way full (some of our favorite options are scrambled eggs, pepper bacon, country ham, country sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, and/or bell pepper).
Fill in the rest of the space in the mold with biscuit dough till it is ¾ full.
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Allow the skulls to cool before removing them from the mold and enjoy!
