Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
Add onions, bell pepper, and chopped pepperoni. Cook until softened, 5–7 minutes.
Stir in garlic, cook for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Mix in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta, mozzarella, and bacon.
Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on sheet.
Top with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and bacon.
Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
