Vegetarian Buffalo Chicken Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 375℉. Lightly grease a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.

  2. In a blender, add 1 can of beans, cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, and hot Buffalo sauce. Blend until smooth. Taste and add salt if necessary. If it's a little thick, add ¼ cup of water and blend.

  3. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Add in the other can of beans, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the green onions. Gently stir to combine. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

  4. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melty and bubbly. Remove from the oven and serve with tortilla chips, celery, and carrot.
