Heat Pan: Add oil to a wok and swirl evenly.
Sauté Aromatics: Stir garlic and shallots until fragrant and golden.
Cook Mushrooms: Add mushrooms and brown lightly for 4–5 minutes.
Add Bok Choy: Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil until coated.
Steam & Toss: Cover for 3 minutes, stir, and cook another 3–5 minutes.
Season & Serve: Add pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.
