  1. Heat Pan: Add oil to a wok and swirl evenly.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Stir garlic and shallots until fragrant and golden.

  3. Cook Mushrooms: Add mushrooms and brown lightly for 4–5 minutes.

  4. Add Bok Choy: Toss with soy sauce and sesame oil until coated.

  5. Steam & Toss: Cover for 3 minutes, stir, and cook another 3–5 minutes.

  6. Season & Serve: Add pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.
