  1. Cook the pasta and save ½ cup of the water before draining.

  2. In a food processor, add all remaining ingredients except the Parmesan and blitz until smooth; season with salt and pepper.

  3. Transfer to a large bowl with pasta water and hot pasta and toss with parmesan before serving.
