Bacon Wrapped Pinwheel Burgers
  1. Lay out 2 strips of bacon per pinwheel burger and top with ground beef.

  2. Roll them up into a pinwheel and season with a BBQ rub of your choosing.

  3. Place on the grill or smoker at 350F indirect for around 60 minutes.

  4. Once the bacon is done and the burger hits 160, remove and enjoy on a burger bun with your favorite toppings.
