Halve each shrimp and gently toss with chili powder
Toss again with 1T of flour to help batter stick
Mix 5 oz flour with club soda until medium thin consistency, adding more soda as needed
Dredge shrimp in batter and fry until browned
Serve in tacos with coleslaw, chipotle ranch aioli, avocado, and jack or cotija cheese
