Preheat your oven at 180C fan
Add butter beans, plant based milk, almond butter, maple syrup, flaxseed slurry and vanilla essence to a food processor and blend until smooth (it'll be very liquid - don't worry)
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sieve in almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. incorporate the chocolate chips and transfer the batter to a baking tin previously lined up with baking paper. (Mine is 15x20cm)
Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes at 180C
Let the blondies cool completely before slicing
