Butter Bean Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven at 180C fan

  2. Add butter beans, plant based milk, almond butter, maple syrup, flaxseed slurry and vanilla essence to a food processor and blend until smooth (it'll be very liquid - don't worry)

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sieve in almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. incorporate the chocolate chips and transfer the batter to a baking tin previously lined up with baking paper. (Mine is 15x20cm)

  4. Top with more chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes at 180C

  5. Let the blondies cool completely before slicing
